Kitchen stores and cooking school in Victoria and Vancouver. We believe in the production and consumption of real food. Whether you need driving lessons for your new knife, or want to take your kitchen to Thailand for the first time, we have cooking classes for every interest and skill level. We are very proud of the local chefs we’ve picked for their passion, their knowledge, and their ability to get people excited about trying and mastering new things. Our classes come in two flavours: our hands-on instructional classes will guide you in making several courses, and leave you stuffed with great food and much learning. These are generally about 3 hours long. In our demonstration classes you still get to eat, but the instructors will let you sit back and relax while you watch, learn, enjoy and ask questions. Please note:- We do not offer many “Kids Classes” at the moment. However, you are welcome to buy a seat for your young cook if you believe they will benefit from an adult-oriented class. We will serve water at the class; but, please feel free to bring anything else you would like to drink. We will do our best to accommodate all allergies and dietary sensitivities or restrictions, but our facilities come in contact with all types of foods.
