THE SPIRIT OF LEMONGRASS GATE
A little place with a point of view.
Lemongrass Gate is an imagined neighbourhood Thai kitchen on a busy soi, where the wok stays hot and the table starts with something to share. The menu is scaled for home cooks: lemongrass, fish sauce, Thai basil, coconut and chili doing the heavy lifting, with clear steps and careful temperature checks. It is a fictional concept, inspired by the polish of casual-dining menus in spirit only, and it makes no claim to represent one regional tradition or any real restaurant. Every dish is an original house recipe.
