Night Lantern Izakaya is an imagined neighbourhood izakaya and ramen bar where the night starts with salty, crispy things to share and ends with a big steaming bowl. The menu leans on Japanese-inspired home cooking with soy, miso, mirin, ginger and dashi doing the heavy lifting, plus clear steps and careful temperature checks. It is a fictional concept and makes no claim to represent one regional tradition. Every dish is an original house recipe.
