Crispy Gochujang Chicken Bites
Bite-sized chicken thighs tossed in a sweet-hot gochujang marinade, coated in starch and fried until the crust shatters. A house starter for the middle of the table, with green onion and sesame on top.
BETASesame Latch is an imagined neighbourhood Korean kitchen where the grill stays lit and the table starts with banchan. The menu is scaled for home cooks: charcoal-kissed meats, bubbling stews and small plates to share, with gochujang, doenjang, sesame, garlic and short-grain rice doing the heavy lifting, plus clear steps and careful temperature checks. It is a fictional concept, inspired by the polish of casual-dining menus in spirit only, and it makes no claim to represent one regional tradition or any real restaurant. Every dish is an original house recipe.
